Formed in 1990 Pareas Associates is an independent consultancy specialising in:

Pareas Associates' founder and managing director is Marina Pareas.

A psychology graduate with extensive experience in human resource research, project management and executive development, Marina founded Pareas Associates in 1990.

Her clients include private sector businesses, large and small, government agencies and the many different elements of the  education sector, and in particular, work with Awarding Organisations.

From 1980-1990 Marina worked with the Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board providing market and sector intelligence data, developing national occupational standards and seeking recognition by external endorsing agencies of the Board's qualifications across the UK tourism and hospitality industry. In her last few years at the Board Marina was part of the senior management team.

Marina has a Masters in Survey Research Methods and Practice and is an approved psychometric test user. 

A member of the British Psychological Society since 1976 and a Diploma member of the Market Research Society since 1990, Marina has also had her work published in a number of industry and government journals.
