ur work is underpinned by the breadth of experience we can bring to any project and Pareas Associates can draw on the skills of a variety of specialist consultants with whom we have worked closely over a number of years.
Our long standing relationships with our colleagues means there is longevity to our work and continuity to our projects. Each project is built on a strong foundation of teamwork.
Our consultants bring with them coaching and development experience and proven development of leaders. All colleagues have a reputation for providing objective, strategic organisational advice and guidance, as well as the ability to work with senior executives and their teams to drive change and align businesses, strategies, people and capability.
We also bring to the table training and development experience, work on a variety of standards-based development programmes and developing vocational qualifications across many sectors. Our consultants have a wealth of knowledge in producing training support materials, guidance and policy documents for public sector and government agencies. One of our colleagues in particular develops learning programmes using both traditional and digital technologies.
All members of the team are skilled in defining staff development and career pathways; one in particular has been engaged as a consultant on several programmes for the College of Policing.
Among the team we have expertise in the area of apprenticeships and work-based learning, supporting the implementation of Apprenticeship Standards in England.
Some of our consultants have worked extensively internationally in Africa, Macedonia, India, UAE and Saudi Arabia
