Education Sector

Education 1

Using project management techniques developed over many years of sound research practice and knowledge of a range of methodologies, we have worked with a number of organisations in the education sector managing specific projects - saving them time, money and the diversion of valuable internal resources.

We have helped organisations with their online testing, examination question bank development and functional skills development. We have provided interim management for a number of Awarding Organisations working on compliance, qualifications development,  management of specific teams, and supported organisations with their submissions to Ofqual, as well as offering support in the transition of projects from one organisations to another.

Marina Pareas currently works as the Responsible Officer for one organisation, accountable to the Director of Lifelong Learning and to Ofqual for the organisation's compliance.

We have used a variety of research techniques to carry out investigations for our clients, and have been particularly active in securing market intelligence for a range of university departments to support them with curriculum programme development, market need, evaluation of support services, uptake and conversion rate studies, as well as with developing national occupational standards.
