Assessment Centres
We assessed candidates for selection to take part in the DWP ‘Early and Emerging Talent’ programmes. People underwent a series of development and assessment exercises, as well as psychometric testing, while being observed by Pareas Associates, and other assessors. We then produced reports on each candidate for the selection process. |

Change Management

Management Academy Selection
Working alongside directors and in collaboration with another consultancy, we managed a series of assessment centres to recruit senior sales staff. We ran a programme of five development centres to select ‘high flyer’ candidates for the company’s Management Academy. Our specialist contribution was to provide the psychometric testing. |

We worked with the Banking, Insurance and Finance Union (now merged into Unite) to offer personal development and careers guidance through psychological assessments for those people who were looking for development, were recently retired or being made redundant. |

Psychometric Testing for Individuals
Career Planning
We continue to offer psychometric and personality testing for individuals to help them with their career planning, on a one-to-one basis. This is usually as a result of word-of-mouth recommendation, contacts or referrals from support practitioners, mentors, life coaches and others. |
